By using NexaStore you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
NexaStore is a marketplace for software listings operated by NexaPulse Studios. We may change features, suspend access, or remove listings when needed for safety or policy reasons.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when publishing apps.
You may only upload software you have rights to distribute. Listings must not include malware, fraud, or illegal content. We may reject or remove apps that fail review or violate these terms.
Paid apps use cryptocurrency (USDT on Polygon) as described on the Payments page. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Platform commission on the direct-to-developer flow is stated as zero; network gas is separate.
Because payments are on-chain, classic chargebacks do not exist. If an app file is missing or clearly not as described, contact us with your order details. We will review case by case; recovery of mis-sent crypto is often impossible.
The store and apps are provided “as is.” Indie software may have bugs. We do not guarantee uptime, sales volume, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NexaPulse Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost crypto due to user error (wrong network/address).
